Jersey Cows have a lot more cream content than most other Dairy Cows.  This is why they are so popular with small homesteads and farms.  Besides they are smaller and have sweet personalities. 

I love how these melt so perfectly in our raw milk! A sweet treat for a cold April evening. Who knew it would snow??  

We really love our ducks.  They’ve been a great and fun addition to our little homestead.  Did you know male ducks have little curls in their tailfeathers while females tails have all straight feathers?   They really love WATER.
